Not as good as previous experiences. It was busy in the run up to Christmas so they were behind on appointments and I had to wait about 15 minutes. The nail tech didn't commmunciate with me much or make any small talk, so I wasn't sure if I was going to get the desired look I was after. I ended up paying £10 more for nail art which is steep and more than I was expecting for bows. Nails only lasted for about a week and started falling off, which is frustrating given that I paid £42. Won't return
