Drita was great and the overall experience was good. The only downside was that the prices were different to the ones advertised. Despite this I will definitely be back.

I booked a waxing 3 weeks in advance, turned up on the day to be told the lady had not turned up today and I would have to wait a hour. So I made the trip into town, paid for parking (which I would have had to put more money on if I waited) just for this appointment and had no email or phone call to inform me of this even though they had my phone number and email address.

I booked for a pedicure having not been to the salon before. The young woman who did my pedicure was very pleasant and did a good job. What was less good was there was nowhere to sit while I waited (they were 15 minutes late starting). The only chairs available were taken by people waiting for another client. I was left standing in the middle of the salon with no effort made to make me feel more comfortable.
