BEWARE Totally unreliable service. I made an appointment for a luxury manicure well in advance. When I arrived on time for my appointment Drita told me she couldn’t do it for another hour (which I couldn’t do). She wasn’t in the least bit bothered and didn’t seem to care that I’d come into Salisbury especially for this manicure and paid to park for nothing. A simple phone call or email would have saved me an unnecessary trip (my phone number and email were provided when I booked).
Would never use or recommend to anyone. Not the sort of service I expected at all.

Good manicure but was over charged £25 rather than £20 for it. Will definitely pay online in advance next time.
