The MOST painful wax I have ever had (I’ve been waxing for 17 years). When I got home I found I was covered in wax and paper, and red raw. Really disappointing experience.

I had a lovely experience with P - she was really kind and we had a lovely conversation throughout. My pedicure especially was fab. The salon itself is low fluff but the staff and the treatments are great.

I went in for a Brazilian but the shaping was completely off so I came out with a Hollywood, which wasn’t ideal. Although communication was very broken, J was sweet in helping me when I had a broken arm.
