A friendly team. Treatment began, asked for firmer pressure - initially was a gentle stroke, as someone who has regular massage to ease tight muscles I prefer going deeper. Advised I’d booked the wrong thing, if I wanted a firm pressure I should have booked aromatherapy massage (not an option on Treatwell) Agreed to pay more. Massage done entirely with elbows, pretty painful. Ended 10 mins early as last appt of the day. Coats on and out by 6. Paid up in full as I wanted to get out.
