Nobody at reception to greet. Noone offered even water. Massage was average as lot of times I felt pushing n scratching than massage

This was my first time at DTtrend. I liked my facial and Tulsi was very attentive , told me each time what she was doing.
I am not sure if the sponges used for cleaning my face are reused. I would prefer it if a new one was opened in front of me at the start.
And also just a personal preference, if the beauticians were wearing a salon uniform outfit rather than their own clothes. It would be more hygienic and more professional that way . I would definitely revisit .

Will definitely be back next month for another amazing facial. Facial aside, I also really liked that the beautician explained what she was doing and was very attentive in checking I was ok or if I needed anything.
