I think the experience could be improved by using a proper facial oil and ensuring the room is ready prior to the treatment. I.e a staff member came in to ask about music. As the ‘rooms’ are separated by a curtain another customer came into the second ‘room’ towards the end of my treatment which wasnt as relaxing. As I was getting dressed I felt very concious as there is a huge mirror where I could see the next client. The therapist was fantastic.

I booked on treatwell and was told I needed patch treatment. 4 hours earlier than required I was told they could give me my treatment despite booking it earlier and having patch test. Only 1 hairdresser and not available as per treatwell times against the salon. I have not had my highlights and still waiting doe my refund 2 days later...

Beautician would leave me for up to 10 min when I had face masks or anything else on my face. That didn't leave much confidence in me. Other than that everything else was ok.
