It was a sitcom, honestly. The two ladies hardly ever spoken an English word. The first washed my hair halfway dry at the bottom, then informed me that my hair is ‘vey dry and fallen’. When she started the cut, things have fallen out of her hands then looked scared to cut my hair, she called the colleague to help out. (I thought, lucky me.) The 2nd must have been upset as she combed my hair so wrigously I had to ask her to stop. It wasn’t Nela, who cut my hair just to add. Never ever
Went for balayage treatment with a photo of what I was looking for - I asked for subtle light brown balayage. The balayage technique looked good, and the haircut was nice, but I ended up leaving with very bright copper through my hair. I had to go back a couple of days later to have another toner colour applied. This time it matched what I’d originally asked for. Only other issue I had was having to ask the stylist to stop straightening my wet hair before she severely damaged it!!
