Treatment was not very good saw no difference in my skin. She didn’t start for 10 minutes and didn’t know I was coming the left me for 20 mins with a mask on which did nothing - no music to relax to. Overall I’ve had a lot better facials

The salon is very private, clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and I was very happy with the haircut.

The owner wasn't aware my appt date & time had changed & she wasn't expecting me. I think she puts appointments into her own calendar instead of finding a way to enable Treatwell's system to update her own.
The hooks were placed on the wall where the bed was so I had to climb on the bed to put my bag on it.
The steamer turned off but the therapist was on the phone as she was managing the salon.
Someone entered the salon & she told them to come into the room, where I was having my facial!

It was a nice calm environment, the facial itself was extremely relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. The lady didn't explain the process as she was doing it but did give me a breakdown of what my skin type was, which was helpful.
