Went in for a blow dry and it was the most horrific experience of my life. It was basically like having a 3 year old do my hair. The woman couldn’t speak any English so couldn’t communicate with me and couldn’t understand what I wanted. Highlights included- washing my hair all over with conditioner, not actually knowing how to blow dry so giving me a rough dry instead then calling it a blow dry, putting mousse in my hair before waving it, Not using any heat protection or tangle spray or product, picking up her daughter/using the phone/talking to her husband the whole way through my treatment. If a place is offering a service I believe it should be able to carry it out to a certain standard - if I could rate minus stars for this treatment, the staff and the salon I would.

Had my haircut with Ferral today, she did an amazing job with my hair! I trusted her to decide on what to do and that definitely was the right decision! Would recommend this place will be coming soon for other things! Thank you!

Friendly staff, not very busy. I would have preferred an explanation of products used during the facial however I understand that this is not everyone’s preference but maybe it could be offered.
