My blow dry was not bad, not amazing. My hair is long and they felt pushed for time even though I paid for the 'long hair-blowdry'. They should probably have an 'extra-long hair' option that is an hour not 45 mins. I wanted my hair in nice curls for a wedding and straighteners were used instead of a hair dryer which is a shame as i like big bouncy curls. I was really disappointed that they didn't use any products - no heat protection spray before using straighteners!! Anyway the hair style looked fine, but not the best blow dry I've had. I'd probably just go there for a straight blow dry in future as it's local for me and good value, but I will mention these issues next time I go there.
