Wasn't great - I wouldn't get a Hollywood done here again.
The beautician seemed friendly but like she didn't want to wax me which made me feel quite uncomfortable throughout. At the end she started cleaning up before I checking or asking if it was ok.
She also didn't leave while I got changed which meant I went home sticky. When I got home, I spend about 20 minutes fixing as she'd missed so much.

Had a facial and massage, both were excellent. Very helpful and Barbara was very knowledgable.

The room is out the back which means it is quiet. Staff very helpful and offered some great advice without any pressure of selling products. Felt very relaxed.
