Unfortunately not the best experience I have had. Staff seemed inexperienced and unaware of skincare. I would recommend further training in beauty and customer services. I am not confident in going back to this salon again.

Loved it and definitely recommend it! Staff is very friendly and the haircut was exactly as I wanted. It's the first time someone manages to do a haircut exactly as the one I suggested. Will definitely go back.

Classic Facials
I went here today for a keratin hair treatment. I've had quite a few done before at other salons and I can honestly say that Duchess beats them all!
The staff here are absolutely lovely. The lady doing my hair was so professional and spent so much time on my hair in order to get it perfect! I was left extremely happy with the result!
Not only will I come back here regularly now and won't go anywhere else but I will also spread the word to all my other friends who have frizzy hair!
Unfortunately I don't remember the girls name who did my treatment but she was amazing in every way!
Highly recommended!!!!!!
