All Absolutely Lovely Ladies working at Duchess Beauty made sure that I has the best experience. Therapists at Duchess genuinely enjoy what they and making every customer feel special. I only came in for a standard mani and pedi and come away feeling like a duchess myself. Lovely beauty therapist Barbara (or Basia for short and sweet) has a talent not only to make your nails looking good but will make you feeling great too. Duchess is good value, local, friendly beauty salon. Really recommend to everyone living in N11.

Went in for a very slight trim which I did get but the stylist seemed to cut a lot more layers into my hair, after I told her I was growing them out. I couldn't quite tell after the blow-dry as it was really bouncy but can really notice them after styling it myself. A bit upset as my hair takes forever to grow and this has set it back again. Otherwise she was friendly, and a nice clean relaxing salon.
