It was my first time getting Hollywood wax and roza was understood and she made the whole process very quick. I’m not sure if I have a high pain tolerance but the pain was a 5/10 for Hollywood and 1/10 for underarms.

I always have my highlights done by CJ and she is really great at it. She is treating my thin hair with special care so they don't get damaged and always gives me great advices how to maintain my blond. Highly recommended!
