Unfortunately I didn’t have a good Hollywood wax experience - The wax was very painful and did not go smoothly compared to other waxes I’ve had. The therapist found it difficult to remove the wax causing a lot of pain. This may have been because I hadn’t had a wax in a while but I wouldn’t return because of the experience. The end result was ok but the process of getting it was tough. However I imagine for other services (non wax based), it would be fine as Roya was kind and lovely lady!
