The stylists can do blowdrys & updos, but the experience itself I had wasn't great. We'd just sat down after the wash & were discussing the style I wanted & my fringe when another stylist came over & moved my stylist back to his previous client & started drying my hair. She didn't know what we'd discussed & didn't ask my stylist anything so she started blowdry without product. I had to be v direct & my original stylist came back to fix it but v annoying & stressful.
