The whole appointment felt rushed. I felt like I was almost expected to know what to do and they wanna out ASAP. Nothing was explained and I was asked questions about the appointment that they should already know. I’m also not happy with the results. The eyelashes on my right eye are wonky and after 2 weeks the lash lift effect has decreased more than usual on both lashes.

I was welcomed and Shanna was very careful waxing me . I did not feel any pain while my treatment was taking place . I also did not feel that she was rushing and l felt very relaxed while she worked . I would recommend her visiting her.
