The facial massage was great, but the thearpist didn't talk to me about my requirements, and i have no idea what products were used. I came away relaxed, but my skin was dry and instead of clearing my skin i came out in a spotty rash! I don'r usually have sensitive skin, but I think the products were very strong and my skin was over exfoliated/scrubbed.
I didn't get to have a conversation afterwards as the therapist just left and went on her phone.
