I had my wax here before the second lockdown. I regularly get a wax (since my go-to salon was fully booked that day i had to book with them), it was the first time i got burns from waxing. Not the best place for waxing. Can’t recommend based on my experience.

Lovely atmosphere and service, it was my first facial and the experience was very relaxing. Naomi was very friendly and asked about my expectations and problem areas first. The mask selected did burn/irritate my skin, but she was quick to remove and select an alternative that worked. My skin was smooth the next day, but slightly dryer than it was before in my cheek area. It could be the number of products my skin isn’t used to, but overall I would be open to visiting again.
