My appointment was double booked - another girl turned up at the same time with only one beautician. Due to this my wax felt very rushed. She took off way more than I wanted as she didnt double check with me - when I mentioned this she said she didn’t mean to. The wax was very hot and painful, I was not asked how the temperature was. Also I was not offered any post wax lotion, I had to ask for this. The door also opened into the reception which risks showing you half dressed. Would not return.
