One of if not the worst Brazilian waxes I’ve had. The wax (not done by Katie as my booking said) was rushed, painful, and messy. Instead of waiting for the hot wax to dry on its own, she kept dabbing a cold wet cotton pad on me to speed up the process, which was uncomfortable and not even very effective. I’ve come out with patches of hair and wax all over me. After 10+ years of getting waxed, this was the first one to reduce me to tears and leave without saying thank you. Don’t waste your money
