Gel manicure was good but polish went over the cuticle and then peeled off so I had to go back to get it redone. It was a bit inconvenient and the manicurist didn't seem confident that she was using the right polish so it took longer than probably necessary.

There isn’t an obvious reception area and I felt like I was just left when I walked in. The lamps didn’t work and she cut my nails down short when I wanted to keep the length. The colour selection is good.
