There isn’t an obvious reception area and I felt like I was just left when I walked in. The lamps didn’t work and she cut my nails down short when I wanted to keep the length. The colour selection is good.

I was needing a last minute wax and Katie was a surprise! Never in my 12 years of wax I had someone as gentle, quick and precise as Katie. I was in total shock of how good she is. Definitely a keeper!
