Salon and treatments were great but my appointment was double booked even though it was confirmed via email and text. They did make an effort to fit me in and it was a pleasant experience overall

mrs feelgoods were great. treatwell was not. they do not align with mrs feelgoods booking system so i was called on th day of the treatment to say there was no appointment available ( even though i had a booking confirmation and had paid). luckily they could squeeze me in in the middle of the day. but i had to re arrange my entire day and criss cross around london to make that time. not a good first experience treatwell. wont be using you again
