How good your treatment is depends on the therapist. The therapist I had (tall slim dark lady) I felt she cut corners a bit. She didn't spend enough time scrubbing my heels, didn't treat individual toes & on closer inspection when I got home I saw the polish on 2 toes were smudged. Although I had the full 45 minutes, 15 minutes was spent with my feet in the dryer. The following day after my shower my heels still felt rough, it wasn't in a bad state when I went there. The therapist I had before was really good but she has unfortunately left now.
The staff were super friendly offering me a selection of teas straight away. The setting was relaxing. I only had a polish but the lady was helping me pick colours for my wedding and took a lot of care on my nails.
The salon's just been made over, so it was nearly finished and looks much smarter than previously. Staff were friendly and chatty (although I personally prefer a serene, chat-free treatment so hoped she might pick up on my brief answers). The full body scrub was really vigorous and made my skin feel amazing afterwards, so I'd class it as effective rather than relaxing.
I'd highly recommend the salon for tops up like well-priced waxing, gel manis and drop-in threading, but there's little soundproofing and it doesn't have a 'spa' feel so would be a second choice for relaxing treatments. Worth keeping an eye out for special offers though.
Mrs Feelgoods have rescued me and my nails twice at short notice in the last five weeks. Today I have had a super pedicure, gel manicure and even had an eyebrow thread while I was waiting. The staff are polite, professional and excellent at what they do. As for the eyebrow thread, I have always dismissed this thinking it would hurt - it doesn't and my eyes somehow look brighter.
Mrs Feelgoods offer an excellent service, value for money and above all are always accommodating...I can't recommend highly enough.
