Pedicure was held downstairs. Not a relaxing space -laundry unit was visible. And so was the backroom where other treatments (?) were taking place. Chaotic. Their card system was down so had to find an ATM to withdraw cash. I was honestly surprised by the high rating of this place. The service was mixed -my pedicurist was friendly but I had to tell her to cut more of my nails off. I have very ticklish feet and she forced scrubbed until I firmly told her no. The front desk person wasn’t friendly.

Lovely place and therapist. Disappointed by the results of the lash lift and tint. Treatment made eyes smart because solution went into eyes. Lashes flat and straight, no curl at all to them, not an aspirational result. Eyelids stung, eyes were sensitive and slightly inflamed for 24 hours after. Came home and washed face as eyes were sore before later googling after care and learning you're not meant to get eyes wet for 48 hrs.

It was such a lovely experience. Eventhough it was only a 30minute treatment in a busy day, Maria made me feel like I had rested for afew hours. I struggle with anxiety and Maria's friendly nature was an absolute plus!
