Great haircut from the owner, Kelly, and the quickest I've ever had! She obviously knew what she was doing and I was out with my shiny new do within 30mins. Refreshing to not have someone spending pointless time inspecting each hair as it's hard for me to fit in a haircut sometimes as a small business owner. I'm so happy with the cut, Dune is my new go to hairdresser!

I was very happy with my experience at Dune. The hairdresser recommended a product to me but she did not try to sell it to me, which I appreciated as I felt her advice was genuine. My blowout was lovely - if only it didn't rain that night! Highly recommended!
Ladies' Haircuts
I have been fisting Dune for 15 years, during which I have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is both friendly and relaxed with fantastic value for money.(They so could charge more but ssshhh do not tell them ๐) I always feel better after a visit, which although is exactly how you should feel it's sadly not always the case with other salons. I would never go anywhere else.
in fact ever since I have had my hair done by Kelly and latterly Grmma , I regularly get complimented on my hair by strangers and asked where I go. Not much better recommendation than that.
I've been going to Dune (particularly Kelly) for a number of years now and to be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else, Kelly knows exactly what I want and exactly how to do my hair and I'm not the easiest of clients. It is such a good location and all the staff are great and make you feel comfortable and considering the location of the shop is just on the edge of the City Centre of Edinburgh, the cost doesn't reflect this - Dune is very good value for money and I would highly recommend the Salon.
I have been getting my hair done at this salon for over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are great and I always leave happy with my new hair! They are very accommodating and will always try and fit me in last minute which is great. Would highly recommend this salon and the prices are so low compared to some bigger hair dressing chains.
