Didn't realise the toner they use is Fanola shampoo which I have at home so wouldn't pay £10 to have that done again but I love the cut so I'll be back.

Kelly was amazing! She is so friendly and genuinely listened to my concerns about my colour and totally solved my colour problems. This is the first time I have been happy with my colour in ages. The salon is also such great value for money. I will definitely be back!

I went for a basic wet cut. I had really long, really thick hair. I asked for about 2-3 inches off and long layers. The total appointment was 8 minutes long. The hairdresser did NOT wet my hair at all. She cut (and thinned!) it totally dry, which I later learned is not good for your hair.
Before leaving the salon, I thought my hair looked fine. But when I came home, I realised there were hugely uneven chunks. The cut itself was choppy, but I actually had to cut off an uneven section that was framing my face. This is probably the result of taking under 10 minutes to cut long, thick hair. I also asked for a trim of my side fringe, and she cut it so that it was a straight fringe.
I think if you don't know much about hair, avoid this salon. I thought the cut looked nice, and didn't know what to look for when it was over, in order to get it fixed. Now I'm unhappy with my hair and just waiting for it to grow out.
