The women are always friendly here, very attentive, always asking if I’m okay. They did a great job with my brows and eyelashes, as always.

I deliberately booked and paid on Treatwell as I knew how busy all the brow places would be on the first day out of lockdown. They honestly couldn't have cared less, they told me to take a seat and i sat there for 20 minutes seeing people who just walked in getting served before me. Eventually I had to complain and was allowed to get my wax. I also had to say numerous times that I wanted wax and not threading, despite booking a wax specifically.
