The haircut was mostly fine but when she cut my hair at the nape of my neck, the scissors scraped my skin. It hurt at the time and I did mention it, but she seemed to dismiss it. The scissors left long red marks but I didn't see them until I got home and tied my hair up.
I have taken photos as proof.
I don't want her to cut my hair again. I want someone who is more careful with scissors.

Given that the salon was short staffed, the service and standard of care ensuring everyone was still dealt with and time taken on hair was fantastic. Holly provided excellent service from start to finish. Would recommend without reservation.
