Really impressed with the whole process of having my nails done! I showed Sophie an example of what I wanted and she did it in her own version of them!

Traumatised and extremely disappointed. During the appointment, my hair was violently washed and water was splashed everywhere including on my face and down my neck, soaking my jumper. I am still suffering from neck pain due to this traumatic experience. I wasn't spared during the haircut either - my hair was combed aggressively causing further discomfort. On top of all this trauma, the outcome of my haircut was not even to an acceptable standard as I went home with a very visibly uneven cut.
