The therapist was warm, friendly and did a great job, so that was the most important. The treatment room was a bit stuffy and looked more like a utility room than a treatment room. I didn't mind, but some people might.

The best waxing experience I have ever had. I had a lovely lady called Aoife who was extremily helpful, very friendly and polite. She explained to me about my hairgrowth which was interesting to know and how I could benefit from my wax more. The waxing overall was brilliant! I had a hollywood and I thought I may be left with some short bits as I had shaved some bits a week before but she managed to take every single bit off! very happy and I will be returning :)
