In fact I did not get the IPL facial I was booked for as the required filter for the machine could not be found, but I had an Environ facial which was very effective. This works by providing vitamin A into the derm and the result after a rather cool mask which goes over the eyes is a very smooth plumped and glowing skin.

I have the CACI facial regularly and find it very effective. This time somehow i found the electric current more difficult to bear especially close to the scalp but the therapist immediately adjusted the strength which apparently was already pretty low...
I let myself be onvinced by the special half price offer they had on a top treatment with collagen and serum! ...

I visited for a Hollywood wax. The therapist was great and very knowledgeable, however she was let down by the cleanliness of the room that I was in. The sheet of paper on the bed that you lie on hadn't been changed from the person before me, there was dust and hairs everywhere and it generally looked like it needed a good clean! Despite her knowledge, the therapist also left a lot of wax on me once finished and a lot of hairs too. I won't be back!

Appointment didn't start on time, which wasn't beauticians fault, the reception had doubled booked her. Beautician very nice, however booking a Hollywood wax I would of expected to come away hair free...
