My booking didn't seem to have gone into their system so they weren't ready, so I ended up waiting half an hour without being asked if I wanted a drink or told what was going on until someone came to get me. I was then told that the option I went for wasn't something worth doing on its own it needed to be accompanied with a facial even though it's on their price list as an option in its self. We came to an agreement on a discount on a basic facial. Once the beautician sorted out the machine and faffed about she started on the facial it's was good, she even gave me advice on my skin but I did feel like she was trying to get me to buy some expensive products. The facial itself was nice even though I ended up paying more than expected that trip and this was only meant to be a 15 min trip and I ended up being on there for an hour and 35 mins

Lovely massage. Only downfall is that the beds dont have head holes so can be a little uncomfortable. But will defo be back X

I visited Ellie Six at Sanrizz for the first time recently and I would just like to put it out their and recommend ppl to go in and give it a try as I did!! I went for a facial and what I received was out of this world. The professionalism from the staff was amazing and i truly felt special while I was in there hands!!!
