I didn't have the lady that I was booked in for - however the masseuse I did have was amazing: friendly, made me feel at ease and extremely knowledgeable (she could read my body and gave great advice),
The only thing that is a shame, and maybe the other staff could be more mindful of, is the noise they make in the salon outside (lots of shouting etc!)
Will definitely come back soon.
