Had a Hollywood wax. It was relatively painless and excellent value. The beautician was great so I have awarded it 5 stars.

It was nice but the actual Reflexology only lasted 30 mins and I would have found the experience more relaxing with some softer lighting.

i arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait over 15mn, which was a bad start...The therapist however was lovely and very skilled and efficient, so may-be next time I won't be so well on time. The client after me obviously had a si ilar wait.

Treatment was in a small room at the back of the hairdressers, so not great ambience but I don't feel you need that for a wax! The room pretty relatively clean. It was my first time getting a wax, and the lady that did it (didn't catch her name) was lovely. Very friendly and chatty, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed with the experience. She was also very efficient and it took much less time than I expected, about 15 minutes, which was great. Also the price was really good, so I'd definitely recommend! I'll definitely be going back.
