Cancelled 10 mins before appointment. Received a full refund. They said they would call me back that week to rearrange but never heard from them. Contacted treatwell to explain why I cant review but I've received constant emails since telling me to review.

Each time you visit, you are welcomed as if one of the family. You are made to feel comfortable and cosy and cared for by Karen & Michelle (plus Carina, Shelley, Mia & Michelle's hubby). Refreshments are offered constantly with a smile. All that before I talk about the treatments. Michelle is the Queen of the Beauty side and Karen is the Queen of the Hair side, ably assisted by Shelley and Amy. They are professional but do not make you feel like you are in one of the sterile salons who just want to sell you their products whether they are good for you or not. Their prices are so reasonable and fabulous value for money. They are also affordable for pensioners and those on low income. Something most 'Sterile' salons forget. I will be visiting them regularly with my family as long as they will put up with us xxx

fantastic as always Amy makes you feel relaxed and I wouldn’t have it any other way my hair was done how I wanted it and a lovely cup of coffee and a biscuit Amy you are my shining star xxxx

Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. My young daughter was looked after so well and her hair beautifully cut. Both really happy with the haircut and experience.
