First time getting my haircut here and I’m so chuffed! Louise is wonderful (thank you again!). She listened to what I wanted and the result is as I’d hoped. She explained what she was doing throughout the process and made me feel at ease. Would trust Louise to cut my hair again. The other staff members seemed lovely too.
