I always feel apprehensive getting my haircut but not here!! I felt comfortable, listened too and left feeling fantastic. Will definitely be back.

The experience could have been better. I seemed to be the only person who wasn’t offered any sort of drinks in the salon, not really a huge issue but it didn’t make me feel very welcome. Was in for highlights and while Jack is nice, he was very rough and treated my hair harshly while doing foils and washing/drying. It’s probably the most painful experience I’ve had at a salon. I asked for a more icy blonde and to remove warmth from my hair but I left looking basically the same as when I arrived

My colour was looking slightly dull, Esther used her magic wands & hey presto beautiful colour :)) Really pleased with result.
