Appointment was changed at the last minute and we were charged the senior stylist amount when it was only meant to be £25 each...2 adult cut and blow drys (one of the adults have short hair) and a childs dry cut...total price £82. Also while one of the adult hair cuts were getting done they had to stop half way through blowing drying to wash the dye out of somes hair.
We understand it can be busy but really disappointed with the service we recieved especially after the appointments were changed on the Friday night at 630. Appointment was yesterday.

I brought my daughter here for an early back to school cut. We were welcomed by Lisa (?) and she listened to what we had in mind and both my daughter and myself were delighted with the results. My daughter has ASD and going to the hairdressers can be stressful for us both but Lisa was fantastic with her and quick too, which really helped. A great salon and staff.
Highly recommended.
