Jack was an absolute star, so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, explains everything he’s doing in detail, I’m quite a shy and nervous person and he made me feel very relaxed.

I was not sure what to expect as it is a few years since I have went to a stylist (usually barbers). Was put at ease on entering the salon and it progressed to excellent service throughout. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Francesca had the task of sorting out my air. which was in between cuts and styles, and she talked me through what she was going to do and the likely outcome. She was spot on and I look forward to the next step in the process in a few weeks time. Excellent.
