My first ever Hollywood wax, which as you can imagine is a painful experience but Laurie was absolutely lovely, she was warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment I rang the door bell and put me at ease right away, we had a lovely natter and she just make me feel as relaxed and calm as I possibly could be! Can't fault the treatment or beautician at all and the environment was lovely, fresh and clean. Will 100% be booking again!

My little sister went for an eyebrow wax (her first ever) and couldn't have came out better, she was worried about the pain etc but was calmed down by how lovely Laurie is, she can't wait to go again!
