I booked a haircut appointment for my husband. It was with Anja, and he came out as a happy man. It was not easy to find a hairdresser who can deal with his hair-thicker and fuller than usual hair. Now we are happy that we've found a perfect one. In terms of what could have been better, there was a slightly confusion who he had his booking with (we were initially told that it would be Ed when I called the hair salon) but it didn't matter in the end as he was equally happy with Anja.
