I really enjoyed my pamper session. The massage was lovely, I would always like the therapist to check that I’m happy with the pressure, so I’d suggest Andrea does that. I enjoyed the facial, I would’ve liked her to explain what she was going to do, as I’d mentioned I haven’t had many facials. The manicure was nice, but a few nails have already chipped.

Wax was ok and fairly painless but a bit more tugging and pulling than there should be to get the wax off, and a lot less hair was left than I’d have liked. Not sure I’d go back.
