I felt I had to write an email about my bad experience at your salon yesterday. I was booked in for a waxing - something I’ve done every 6 weeks for the past 15 years. Yesterday was not only the most painful and awkward experience I have had but i also had to remove some of the wax myself when I returned home. Today I feel extremely sore and I have also noticed some hair that should have been removed. So, all-in-all, not good.

Alex is the best hair colourist in South West London! He also uses fantastic products that repair dry and damaged hair and takes great pride in his work. Lovely guy too!
