Thought I was going to get individual eyelash extensions but these were just glue on extensions.

Andrea was brilliant, the waxing process on all my body took very long because of the length of the hair after a long winter :) but she was careful not to burn me and proceeded with maximum care. Highly recommended! The place is new but the staff experienced and the welcoming with coffee and cookies was brilliant. I did have a short wait but I did come early so no problem there
Absolutely unprofessional staff and AWFUL experience.
I must say I never had such a bad experience with a salon before. I booked an appointment online that Christinne's staff hasn't taken into consideration so no one could take care of me when I arrived to the salon. Already disappointed, I requested a refund for the appointment already fully paid and because they didn't know how to proceed with their own system, I had no choice than to come back later in the day.
When finally I had my waxing appointment, Andrea was absolutely unprofessional and didn't listen when I said 6 times that the was was too hot. She didn't prepare the skin properly and was obviously keen to get the thing done quickly at any cost. Her behavior and lack of experience made me think she had no idea about what she was doing. I ended up having to stop the process because the wax burnt my skin badly. I do not recommend the place!

I think my hairdresser was a great listener to what I was looking for and took the time to make the cut work with my hair type.
