I waited patiently for 30 extra min to get my extensions. After I finally got on the treatment room, the next customer charged in to tell that the beautician is late. The beautician promised to be done in 15 min, which I felt was worrying to say the least as I was a paying customer as well waiting for an acceptable result. I was told not to worry, but after rushing through my lashes in 15 min the result was messy, uneven with large lumps of glue all over my lashes. She even demanded extra in cashnoreceipts

I don’t normally write negative reviews but.. I walked out with eyelashes that I was embarrassed with. Poor quality, heavy, with wonky individual lashes. Asked the lady if she had a eyelash brush (to at least sort them out in public) but.. she said she doesn’t have any to give out and uses the same one for all clients?!? (Hygiene?). Absolutely not worth the money. I usually go to Lydias lashes and glamQ- they are amazing. Absolute waste of money, and now I need them removing because wearing them for one day was enough.

Lovely eyelash extensions. Considerably better than most other salons at this - last (and look good) for 3-4 weeks. Always happy with the outcome.
