I booked a massage with Taa, however, the staff member was changed without my permission. When I queried this on arrival, I was told “Taa has to do something else”. I had no prior warning until in the massage room. I suffer with migraines and was in great need so felt I had to go ahead. I was not given an apology or a reason why my booking had changed. I emailed to complain of this issue but I received no reply. I've had 2 massages previously with Taa and returned to her for a reason.
