The environment the massage was in was very relaxing and zen. It was in darkness so you could enjoy the relaxing atmosphere whilst enjoying the massage. The last who did the massage was very lovely and professional and created a plan going forwards to find the best treatment for me. The only issue for me was all the stairs to the top floor which isn't great if you aren't very mobile other than that I would highly recommend 😁
