Louise is a sweetheart and I will deffo be coming back. She really cares about your comfort and takes hygiene seriously which is fantastic to see as many salons do not. All the staff are lovely people and so vibrant. It was great having a beauty treatment that cared for the environment and animals but did not compromise on quality. Only downside is I wish more of my hard skin on my feet had been removed as a lot is still there but the actual paint job and products used was amazing
